Booking Conditions
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay at White Sands Hotel, we’ve outlined our booking terms and conditions. These guidelines cover everything from reservation policies to cancellation procedures, helping you plan your visit with confidence.
A major credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
All pre-paid/non-refundable reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the room, tax and fees at the time of booking.
Reservations that allow cancellation must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Pre-Paid/Non-Cancellable reservations can’t be canceled once confirmed. Some exceptions are made within 24 hours of booking, without penalty.
