The main event is Saturday, October 17, 2026, when the Honolulu Pride Parade makes its way along Kalkaua Avenue before the celebration continues at the Waikiki Shell.

Experience the Honolulu Pride Parade
If you are coming to Oahu for Pride, Saturday is the day to be in Waikiki.
The 2026 Honolulu Pride Parade takes place Saturday, October 17, 2026, beginning at 3 PM. The parade starts at Magic Island and travels east along Kalakaua Avenue through Waikiki before finishing at the Waikiki Shell. Expect a colorful afternoon filled with floats, performers, community organizations, local businesses, LGBTQ+ groups and supporters celebrating together along one of Honolulu’s most iconic streets. And then the celebration keeps going.
From Magic Island to the Waikiki Shell
The parade begins at Magic Island, the small peninsula at Ala Moana Beach Park, before making its way toward Waikiki. From there, the route follows Kalakaua Avenue, passing through the heart of Waikiki and continuing toward the Waikiki Shell. The parade ends at the Shell, where the official Honolulu Pride Festival gets underway at 5 PM. The festival features more than 70 community booths and four hours of live entertainment, making it easy to turn the parade into a full afternoon and evening of Pride celebrations.
