When are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and may cost additional fees. Please check with the Front Desk at check-in for availability.

Do you offer parking?
Yes, day parking is available for $8 for the first three hours.  Overnight valet parking, including in and out privileges for $45 per night. 

Do you have grab and go beverages?
Yes, we have grab and go provided daily behind the front desk. Please ask the front office agents for assistance.

    Do you have an airport shuttle?
    We do not provide airport transportation but recommend Roberts Hawaii Shuttle. To make a reservation please email and or call reservations@airportshuttlehawaii.com or (808) 439-8800.

    Is this a pet-friendly hotel?
    Yes, we allow dogs only, 2 dogs per room with no weight restrictions. Pet fees are $35 plus tax daily per pet. Please see the Pet Friendly package for inclusive specials. Pet Package

    Does the hotel require a deposit?
    Yes, a refundable $200 deposit is required upon check-in.

    Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
    All rooms are non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area right outside of the lobby.

    Can I store my luggage if I arrive before my check-in time or check-out early?
    Yes, luggage storage is available.

    Do the rooms have microwaves?
    All rooms have microwaves available during your stay.

    Does the hotel have connecting rooms?
    Yes. Our hotel offers connecting rooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests traveling together. Connecting rooms can be requested and will be honored based upon availability on the day of availability.
    Connecting Rooms offer 2 doubles with 2 doubles (only 1 room with this offer); 2 doubles with 1 king; 1 king with 1 double; and 1 king with 1 king. No Guarantee on Connecting rooms as Groups may affect future reservations

    What are the hours of operation for the swimming pool and grotto style hot tub?
    Both the pool and hot tub are open daily from 9 am to 9 pm.

    Does the hotel have ice machines?
    The ice machine is located by the pool.

    Does the hotel provide beach gear rentals?
    Beach chairs and boogie boards, beach/pool towels, and Go Pros are available at the front desk and are included as part of the amenity fee.

    Does the hotel offer cribs?
    Based on availability cribs are an additional $30.

    Does the hotel offer rollaway beds?
    We offer rollaway beds on ground floor rooms, and blow up beds for the upper floor rooms.
